There is a nice cherry core and exotic spice aromas on the nose of this blend of 83% Cabernet Sauvignon, 11% Merlot, 3% Cabernet Franc and 3% Malbec, mostly from the Chalk Knoll Vineyard in San Lucas. The palate is dense and spicy, with rich vanilla-laden cherries and savory tobacco smoke.
