Here's a full-bodied Pinot Noir that's a little high in alcohol, but that's the cost of all the richness. The flavors of raspberry jam, cherry pie, sweet date and smoky, buttery vanilla are frankly addictive. Lovely pairings would be grilled salmon steaks with a fruity salsa or lamb chops in a wine reduction sauce.
