This is made from 80% Cinsault, 10% Grenache and 10% Carignan. It has a deep pink hue and smells more like a red wine than many rosés, with hints of smoked meat, bold notes of garrigue and just a bit of berry-like fruit. It's full bodied, complex and savory—a fine rosé to serve with grilled meats.
