Everything about this wine screams for aging. It's tight in acids and tannins, and the fruitiness tastes young and jammy with waves of raspberries, cherries, red currants and mocha. By turns, it's sweet and bitter, but always succulent, and with a finish so long and spicy, it persists after a full minute. Cellar until 2017, and it should provide beautiful drinking for many more years.
