Falls somewhere between everyday and fancy, with an unripe, green edge and sharp acidity marring the silky texture and raspberry and cherry fruit. || This lacks Pinot's velvety richness, substituting instead an irregular mouthfeel due in part to unripe, green tannins. Makes up for it with a wealth of raspberry and cherry jam flavors and a sweet oak note. Drink now.
