This is meant to be a special selection from the Tulum Valley, but it's rather thick, tarry and candied. A sugary palate the consistency of berry syrup is the vehicle for this oaky, black-fruit heavyweight that is sweet beyond what it should be. || Violet in color, with pickled aromas marring black plum.
