Fairly broad aromas show some evolution with honey notes adding intrigue to ripe stone fruit and floral notes. Medium-sweet, but balanced and taut, with a juicy, crisp texture and lots of minerality on the palate. Persistent layers of flavors with honey, apricot, peach, spice showing nicely. Long minerally finish. || Savory notes of saffron and pressed apple are countered by heady blossom and honey on this elegantly balanced Riesling.
