Stick to the Andes, guys. Terranoble's CA1 Andes Carmenère is better than this condensed, oaky coastal specimen with outsized acidity. Aromas of oak-based lemon rind and spice blend with graphite, tea and herbs. Dark flavors don't do so well with blazing acids; too much mixing and matching.
