Very aromatic clouds of pear and mirabelle dominate the appetizing nose. The palate has the same freshness and fruity flow, especially of more yellow plum and a spicy hint of grapefruit zest. There is something fluid that suggests ease and joy. The spicy fruit flavors linger long on this gentle but refreshing, rounded white.
