Clean and minerally on the nose, but it's not very aromatic or exciting. The palate is fresh and tangy, with orange, lemon, green apple and mild spice flavors. The longer the wine sits, the more its acidity and raciness take over. Crisp and bone dry. || Roasted berry, olive and herb aromas make for a traditional bouquet.
