This is a beautifully fragrant Pinot Grigio, with a sharp, tangy, brightly-acidic finish. It's characterized by peach, melon and citrus and the high alcohol does not go totally unnoticed. || The nose is Granny Smith apple in as pure a form you can get in winemaking. But there's also a distant note of rubber balloon that, to be honest, I rather liked. The wine shows good personality in the mouth, too, where it is flavorful and smooth.
