The wine is foamy and slightly sweet in the mouth and does an excellent job of representing this category of Italian wine. || This is textbook Prosecco Extra Dry with sweet fragrances of stone fruit and white flower backed by mineral shadings and delicious honey. The wine is simple with lively acidity on the close.
