Wreaths of smoke surround pretty raspberry aromatics. The red and plummy purple-fruit flavors continue, along with some tannic muscle and grip. This is a mix of 667 and Pommard clones—still young and a bit tight. || This vineyard is the oldest estate vineyard. In 2012 the fruit attained optimal ripeness, yielding a tight, tart young wine with firm cranberry and raspberry fruit.
