Lean and crisp to the point of being ungenerous at this point in time, give this reticent Clare Riesling 3–4 years to loosen up. Right now, there's not a lot of fruit to be found, just hints of paraffin and tart green apples. || Bright and lively, with elements of struck flint and lime on the nose, followed by flavors of peach, apple and lime.
