Bursting with ripe apple scents and flavors, this is dry and ready to enjoy. Fermented in a mix of neutral barrel and stainless steel, it starts off sharp and assertive but mellows into pleasing roundness on the midpalate. Drink now and over the next year or two while it's at its freshest.
