Light, floating style, classic Pommery. It foams easily and crisply around the mouth, brightened by lime acidity, while keeping a feeling of softness. A great apéritif style. || This is in Pommery's relatively delicate style, a finely balanced, elegant Champagne. It has some lively acidity; the balance between this and the white fruits and touch of maturity works. Great non-vintage.
