For those who like their Champagnes extra dry, this is a good example because it has some richness to balance that intense grapefruit shock on the palate. It is beginning to get some good age as well, as the structure and the toast begin to kick in. Another year, and it will be delicious. || A lively, crisp blanc de blancs that comes from Chouilly in the Côtes des Blancs. It is green, flavored with cinnamon, baked apples along with some good, steely fruit.
