Made from a blend of Garganega and Sauvignon, this is an oddly resiny wine with a thick, glossy gleam and dense notes of butterscotch and maple. It would pair well with honey-roasted ham or glazed dishes. Open to the public for visits, Villa Cordevigo is a gorgeous 16th-Century property near Verona.
