Earthy plum and berry aromas are suggestive of Bordeaux, but the brown sugar and baked fruit angle is all Mendoza. Snappy acidity helps the wine stay trim, while linear raspberry and cherry flavors are red in character. This is gripping with an acidic push to the finish.
