A very nice white wine to drink as a versatile apéritif. Dry and crisp, it shows vibrant flavors of Mandarin oranges, Meyer lemons, honeysuckle flowers and vanilla, finished with peppery spices. Try it as an interesting and exotic alternative to Sauvignon Blanc.
