A good tannic edge to this Gonfrier family wine gives it structure and places it in the food category. With plenty of acidity, it is also refreshing, textured at the end with a lift of zesty lemon. || Bright and very crisp, this bone-dry wine is full of acidity as well as red currant fruits.
