With grapes from Upland Vineyard and aged in neutral French oak, this wine offers aromas of nori, cherry and tire rubber. It's supple and lithe in feel with explosive, concentrated umami flavors that shimmer with intensity, with olive notes on the finish. The aromas and flavors don't entirely marry at present but the feel simply dazzles.
