As delicious as a pastry dessert, although it's fully dry, showing chocolate-infused blackberries, raspberries and beef jerky, sprinkled with white pepper and anise. The tannic structure is beautiful on this elegant Syrah. || Made in the style of a rich, oaky Chardonnay, with which it might easily be confused, this is a creamy, leesy wine. It has opulent flavors of pineapples, peaches, buttered toast, honeysuckle and vanilla.
