This blend of Pinot Bianco, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Riesling starts off with barrel-fermented notes of butter and baked apples, then folds in tropical fruit flavors. But for all its buttery ripeness, it avoids going over the top, and finishes long, with lemony acids holding its components together.
