This tiny Oregon winery sourced Yakima Valley fruit for this wine. Though many West Coast producers take a stab at this Italian grape, most settle for a faux “Super Tuscan,” highly oaked style. This is closer to Chianti Classico, with strawberry and cherry fruit, good acidity and light herbal highlights.
