Smoky and meaty, with nut, white-peach and clove notes. Firm acidity allowed 100% barrel fermentation without the wine becoming overly soft. || Weedy, with some bell pepper and herb aromas, cassis and tobacco. Elegantly lean and graceful in the mouth, the wine ends in a long, spicy finish.
