Explosively fruity, with big, bold flavors of peaches, pears, apples, tropical fruits, you name it. Drinks firmly dry, although oak brings a wood-sap sweetness. Lees aging was significant and adds a sour cream note. A blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc.
