Giribaldi's Barbaresco is smoky and warm with layered tones of exotic spice, cola, leather, tobacco and leftover espresso grinds. It has gritty, earthy, hands-on appeal thanks to what can best be described as rustic charm (it is aged two years in traditional oak casks). Drink it with boiled meats and mint sauce.
