Made from Pinot Noir, this is a dry, crisply elegant and full-bodied bubbly. You'll detect a sweetly ripe, mashed red cherry background to the yeast and vanilla flavors. Drink now through 2010. || This rich and forward sparkling wine is fit for everyday drinking, with flavors of strawberry and raspberry parfait accompanied by a nice doughiness. It's pretty scoury, though, which gives it an abrasive mouthfeel.
