This shows underbrush aromas layered with hints of espresso and oak, all accompanied by juicy cherry, mint and vanilla flavors. It's not the most typical Chianti Classico, but supple and delicious nonetheless. It would pair well with chicken cacciatore. Amici Imports, Siema Wines. || Opening aromas include toasted oak, espresso and tobacco leaf. The linear palate is a bit lean, with coffee bean, tobacco and tart red cherry flavors alongside bracing tannins. The fruit is starting to dry up so drink this soon.
