Sourced from Kiona's End of the Road vineyard, this pure Carmenère is packed with plenty of that grape's pyrazine and stem scents and flavors. A splash of Cabernet Franc was added to the final blend. Somehow flavors of mint and chocolate have been introduced, along with the quite tart, pale red fruits.
