Stalky, roasted, horsey, baked-fruit aromas are mossy and muddled. Colomé always makes funky wines with true Salta character, but this one is soupy, thick and dense in feel, with herbal, savory, salty plum flavors. A dark, chunky, stewy finish concludes this unusual rendition of Malbec.
