Tight as a drum, almost to the point that it's constricted. Airing it unlocks cinnamon, chocolate and smoky leather aromas on top of blackberry, cherry and vanilla. Full in the middle, and less oaky and chunky than many others. This is a wine with guts and framing, yet it goes easy on the finish. Imported by Winebow.
