Slightly soapy in the nose, this enters softly, then turns sharp and slightly bitter. Hints of melon and butter emerge, but the mouthfeel is somewhat disjointed and the flavors not yet fully integrated. || Thin and sour, this offers little enjoyment. Lemon juice flavors lack flesh and substance. Best for shellfish or perhaps a mussel stew. || Pleasantly fruity, with candy flavors of strawberry and cherry.
