The golden hue promises flavors of development. A clearly advanced nose brims with notes of dark, bitter fir honey, chalky stone and dried currant fruit, while the palate holds honey, stone and bright, sprightly citrus. The poles of Pinot Gris richness and Alsace acidity are brought to a wonderful counterpoint. It finishes rich with lemon freshness, gingerbread and bitter almond.
