A delicate, silky mouthfeel makes this wine feel light and vibrant, yet there's nothing light about the flavors. Notes of wild cherries, cranberries, Dr. Pepper, anise, pine and savory spices explode on the palate, and they lead to a long, dry finish. Give it 5–6 years in the cellar. || Winemaker Ross Cobb, formerly with Williams Selyem and Flowers, did his best, but this Pinot tastes acidic and labored.
