Subdued cranberry, crushed rose petal, lavender and sweet sage notes show on the nose of this clonal mash-up. Tightly wound cranberry and red plum skin flavors show on the palate, brushed with anise and a hint of white pepper. This will probably be much more complex in the years to come.
