Light in body, silky and acidic, made in a more elegant and sophisticated style than some of those bigger, extracted Pinots. Almost like a white wine, but with intense raspberry and cherry fruit, cola, rosehip tea, spice and oak flavors. Decant for a few hours, or drink over the next three years.
