Aragonez, or Tempranillo, is grown more widely in Alentejo than in Setúbal where this wine comes from. The move gives the wine a softer character, with fresh blackberry acidity and a smooth, ripe fruitiness. It has some gentle tannins to balance the fruit. Drink now.
