Hailing from one of the state's top Syrah sites, this wine offers reserved aromas of violets and raspberries along with whiffs of smoked meat and green herbs. The layered flavors are elegant yet intense, with vibrant acidity and a finish with plenty of hang time. The pleasure is as much about feel as flavor.
