Butterflies dance across the label of this Niven Family wine from their Paragon Vineyard, but it packs a flavorful punch too. Aromas of lime juice drizzled on apples, honeysuckle and a bit of struck match lead into broad flavors of cooked apples and chalk, all held together by lemony zest. It's pretty on the label and in the glass.
