Oatley has sourced the fruit for this wine from way out in Western Australia thousands of miles from his home base, but the results show why it was worth it. The aromas and flavors seamlessly marry fig, melon and pink grapefruit notes, while the wine is mouthfilling and lush without being overweight. Drink it over the next 6–12 months.
