This Syrah has a fine, complex structure of tannins and acids, with flashy black currant and oak flavors. Flavors of grilled meat sprinkled with black pepper lend a profile that's characteristically Syrah. Made from 100% Syrah from the winery's Coombsville vineyard, it will develop bottle complexity over the next six years.
