Alsace specialist C&C; has a spotty track record with Pinot. This one is dry and crisp in acidity, with easy cherry, black raspberry, pomegranate, cola and spice flavors wrapped into a silky texture. At its best now and for a couple of years. || These Alsatian specialists turn their hand to Pinot, with mixed results. The wine is clean, but thin in flavor, which emphasizes the acidity and makes the mouthfeel and finish overly tart.
