Rich and full bodied, this is a warm, rounded wine. It has superrich black fruits that push right through the tannic shell, adding a juicy character to a wine that will need several years to mature. On the finish, acidity and a dried fruit flavor combine with firm tannins. || Huge weight and alcohol show strongly in this powerful wine. Its flavors, almost jammy in their ripeness, include sweet plum and damson. It needs to age for at least four years.
