Sourced entirely from the Bacchus vineyard, this was whole-cluster pressed and 20% was fermented in neutral oak. Just a hint of sweetness remains, but what comes across strongly is a mineral-driven, wet stone base, under snappy fruit flavors of citrus, apple and orange peel.
