Not much fruity concentration, but nonetheless, this is a pretty good Chardonnay to drink with everyday fare, like salmon cakes or chicken breasts in a white cream sauce. It's dry, crisp and citrusy. || Grown 2,200 feet in elevation, Angel's Secret Petite is a black monster, peppery and flavored of caramel molasses and plenty of dark berry notes.
