A blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling and Pinot Gris. It's crisp and clean in acidity, with zesty flavors of pineapples, oranges, mangoes and vanilla. If only it were drier, the score would be much higher. || They call this their Alsatian-style wine, and indeed, it contains smaller amounts of Gewürztraminer, Riesling and Sylvaner.
