This wine gets full credit for its smooth, eraser-like tannins—the feel is just lovely, as are eucalyptus and black pepper aromas. All of these signs point to excellence, but the palate is a little disappointing, with sourish fruit and a strange watermelon note continuing through the finish. Still very good, with great potential. Imported by Australian Wine Connection.
