This is a blend of three vineyard sites important in other designated bottlings: Cider Ridge, Burnside and Sexton. Floral, with a pretty nose, it opens in spicy clove with a meaty texture, ultimately showing as dark, brooding and savory, as spicy in white pepper as driven by acidity. It has tannin and weight, yet remains fresh and lively in the glass.
